End of lease cleaning in Potts Point — moving out of one of Sydney's most iconic addresses

Potts Point has a character unlike any other Sydney suburb. Its European-influenced apartment buildings, leafy streets, proximity to Kings Cross and the harbourside location make it one of the inner city's most distinctive and sought-after addresses. It is also a suburb with a significant rental population, from long-term residents who have called it home for decades to shorter-term tenants drawn by the lifestyle and location.

If you are moving out of a Potts Point property, here is what you need to know about getting your bond back.

The character of Potts Point properties

Many of Potts Point's most desirable properties are in heritage-listed apartment buildings, some of them dating back to the 1920s and 1930s. These buildings have original features including timber floors, ornate ceilings, sash windows and period-appropriate joinery that require careful handling during an end of lease clean. Our team is experienced with these property types and knows how to deliver a thorough result while treating original surfaces properly.

Newer developments also exist in the area, particularly on the fringes of the suburb, and these require the same thorough approach with attention to modern finishes and fittings that show up marks and grime clearly.
